I think jackets are such a great layering piece to an outfit that may be more basic.  Jackets can really pull a look together and add just the right amount of chic you need for any outfit.  Layering a look can be incorporated during every season and I love to wear lightweight jackets during the spring and summer months.

This camo denim jacket was the perfect addition to layer with my casual outfit.  I wanted my jacket to be the focus, so I kept the rest of the look simple.  I wore ripped jeans with a black tank top, a pair of booties and a baseball cap.  What I really loved about this jacket was the trumpet cuff sleeves giving a feminine touch to this camo look.  Because the jacket is the focal point of this look I pulled this look together in no time without a lot of fuss.

Layering doesn’t have to be complicated, it’s just an added bonus to your outfit whether for day or night.  If you want to keep it more casual, go with a jacket that fits your style but also one that will work with many looks, camo to me is very versatile so I will be wearing this jacket quite often.
