Hello Dolls!  I don’t know about you but I’m always looking for ways to upgrade my casual look and this time is no different.  What better way to be causal chic then wearing a kimono.  This is definitely a growing trend that isn’t stopping anytime soon.  It instantly turns your look up a notch giving a well put together, but effortless upgrade!

This neutral color with a touch of teal embroidered details along the front and on the sleeves is what I love the most, along with the side slits that just flow when you’re walking.  I paired this kimono with a basic white tee shirt, some ripped jeans, heels, and a gold statement necklace.  This is a great look for both day or night and remember that you can always change the look up with a different shoe or piece of jewelry of your choice.  My first rule of thumb when coming up with new looks is to always start in your closet, everything I have on were pieces that I already owned.  If you don’t already own a kimono run don’t walk to scoop yourself up one, I promise it will be a staple in your wardrobe.
