I have to admit I was never big on florals until this year, especially after seeing this gorgeous dress on one of my favorite bloggers Kyrazayda.  It’s the perfect mix of florals and black to compliment the fall and winter season.  I love the fact that it’s a turtleneck and it sits right above the knee.  I paired it with some over the knee socks that I haven’t worn since I purchased them and my favorite suede boots.  Now keep in mind you can wear it with no socks if the weather permits or you can wear tights when old man winter starts knocking at your door!  Thigh high boots are also a great look, and I think I will switch my boots with a pair the next time I wear the dress.

Whatever look you go for, have fun with it and layer pieces as it gets colder.  Also go through your closet first to see what key pieces you already have that you can add to your look like I did with the socks, bag and boots.  Whether your going to a day time event with friends or out on a date you will be sure to look the part without breaking the bank.
